LEVI’S STORE

Based on Woodtech’s successful work on the Levis Straus & Co.’s headquarters, the Levi’s store design team commissioned Woodtech to fabricate pieces for the San Francisco flagship store. The 7,000-square-foot retail space uses contemporary fixtures fabricated from knotty pine and California oak, referencing Levi’s beginnings during the gold rush era. Steel pipes make up brackets and bases. In a further nod to heritage, Woodtech provided the entry flooring of reclaimed Douglas Fir, sourced from an old deconstructed train depot that had served a Nevada-to-San Francisco rail line.
